Tim Royle

Joint Managing Director

Tim has over 30 years’ experience delivering high quality technology solutions to clients in Australia, and internationally. Tim works with partners and clients developing solutions ranging from cyber security to compliance, analytics to CRM, utilising the right technologies and putting together the teams that fit the purpose from collaboration to cognitive, big data to IOT, on premise to cloud, private cloud and hybrid.

Tim has extensive industry experience across most industry sectors, especially government, utilities, mining, property management, financial services, education and manufacturing. Having worked in close collaboration with IBM since 1991 Tim works with customers across the broad range of IBM solutions and became an IBM Champion in 2013. Tim is an Asia Pacific Japan representative on the global Informatica Partner Advisory Council.

Throw Daniel an IT problem, he will probably come back to you with 20 different ways to resolve it. With over 20+ years’ experience in the industry, he has been a leader in paving the way for security design models, security risk frameworks and operational delivery models that are used significantly in ICT today.

With over 17 SOC designs, 9 risk frameworks as well as designing, building and managing the 1st major “SOC as a Service” within Australia, Daniel is a constant source of knowledge and technical dribble that engineers and IT Nerds love to listen to. Daniel is a dedicated to solving the “As a Service” security concerns faced by many businesses moving to the cloud.

In his spare time, Daniel will be seen with a rod in his hand trying to catch fish whilst thinking of the next technical problem that will eventuate in the future.

Don St Pierre

General Manager

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business, Don returned to his passion and entered into a successful career as an Olympic coach for the US Ski Team where technology drove change faster than any other single element.

After coaching through five Winter Olympic Games, obtaining copious Olympic and world championship titles, Don settled down in Australia in 2007 with his wife Maria Despas, a 2 X Winter Olympian. Raising their two sons on Sydney’s northern beaches now seems a long way from life on tour chasing snow and competitions.

Kyle spent several years living and working in Europe in a variety of mostly sales roles. Until he found programming, when it suddenly all made sense. Becoming quickly proficient saw him eventually meld a love of technical logic with all that sales experience into a senior customer advocate and architect for Siebel Systems as employee no.6 in Europe.

Returning to Australia in the new century and seeing a gap in the market, Kyle developed and offered the first Australian-hosted, secure, online backup service for small-medium enterprise. With subsequent architecture experience spread across industries covering finance, telecoms, engineering, utilities, and logistics, he has since developed a reputation as a trusted advisor in enterprise strategy, security process and design modelling, and strategic relationship management responsible for ASX-50 clients.

His philosophy: If the customer doesn’t “get it”, it’s the wrong approach.

Jay grew up in the regional country town of Bathurst NSW and moved to Sydney after finishing school to pursue his career.

Jay has always been driven to succeed. This led him into various management roles which provided a world of practical experience.

Customer satisfaction, delivery, commitment and attention to detail are in Jay’s DNA with a passion for customer success with mutually beneficial outcomes.

“I see our customers as long term partners, always keeping front of mind what’s best for the customer.”

Originally from England, Jonathan was exposed to marketing after spending a year working at Walt Disney World where the psychology of false sounds, smells and effects directly influence the guests’ actions and moods.  He then spent the next 11 years traveling the world as a cruise ship officer before landing in Sydney, falling in love (with both the city and his wife) and staying here in 2005!

Since then Jonathan has worked in Marketing and Sales management for various national companies before starting his own multi location marketing and web agency.

He has a passion for pushing technology to see how new ideas can work in marketing.
