About the Role
We are looking for recent graduates to fill out our technical team. Your role would include aspects of that of a Technician/Engineer. You will find yourself working on everything from configuration and administration to client-facing projects.

About You
- In final year of or completed degree in an IT field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity)
- 1+ Years experience in 1 or more programming languages
- 1+ years of L2/L3 tech support
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, FW, Routing and Switching, Netmasking, VNets) and architecture (i.e understanding and evaluating network diagrams)
- Security Fundamentals (MFA, RBAC, Endpoint Security, common attack vectors and types, managing security posture and attack surface)
- In depth knowledge and experience in Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems + troubleshooting skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about technology. A team player with good time management and organisational skills.
- Capable of independent work and research.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
Preferred but not essential skills
- Skills and understanding of documentation and literate/maintainable coding practices
- Experience in vendor interactions (architecture or technical)
- Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
Bonus Points for the following
- Experience in enterprise change management
- 1+ years’ experience in ITOps/DevOps/SOC
- Industry certifications (Security+, Azure Cloud, etc)
- In-depth involvement in open source or self-developed IT related projects.
- Experience in web development
- Kubernetes and Docker Experience
Main Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, enterprise software technologies, network infrastructures, and computer systems.
- Provide advice to clients on best practices and considerations for technology architecture design, implementation, and configuration.
- Conduct diagnostics, environment testing, and auditing of infrastructure.
